Kia ora, thank you for visiting Adorn Clay Collective. This business is a small one run by me (Shanelle) & my beautiful daughter (Ammariah) its a mama/daughter business & is highly supported by my husband Luke (who is amazing at videography & photography). every purchase you make no matter how big or small, is a huge blessing to me and my Whānāu. 

when you purchase from us we take it that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. Confirming your order confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions so please take a moment to read and understand them.

Payment: 

All payment are in New Zealand dollars. you have a few a few options when paying for your order with us. payment is accepted by bank deposit & credit card. they are available at checkout.

Completion of orders:

generally all orders are completed within 3-7 days. If you require your order to be completed urgently, please contact me PRIOR to placing the order to see if this is possible. 

Postage:

Orders within New Zealand are sent via courier at a flat rate of $6.00. We do offer free pick up in Wainoni, Christchurch, but this is by prior arrangement only. Please message us to discus this first. please make sure you select the correct postal price: standard postage- $6.00 and Rural postage- $10:80.

Refunds & returns:

We do not refund because of change of mind
